Re-Opening Safety Info

Welcome back everyone!
Here is the lowdown of how it will work over the next 4 weeks.
We ask dancers to arrive no earlier than 5 mins before their lesson time, dressed in their dance wear with warm layers on top.
Dancers will be greeted at the main entrance by Mrs Williams where she will take a register and pupils will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided.
Dancers will enter the changing rooms to remove outdoor clothing in twos. Whilst waiting, there will be markers on the stairs to maintain social distancing.
Once ready, dancers will enter the studio bringing all dance shoes required and their water bottle which will be placed socially distanced at the edge of the studio.
The barre and studio space has been divided using tape to ensure everyone has a safe area in which to dance. These will be allocated each lesson.
The studio doors and windows will be open to allow for ventilation.
Antibacterial soap and paper towels are provided in the bathroom.
After the lesson, dancers will collect their belongings from the changing room in twos. They will be asked to use the hand sanitiser again before they leave.
Parents are to collect dancers from Mrs Williams at the main entrance. Please be prompt as the next class will be arriving.
Between each class the studio, all surfaces, barres and door handles will be sanitised.
We have invested in a fantastic ESOL fogging machine. This will be used multiple times throughout the day. We have attached a flyer showing how this works and here is a video if you want to see it in action.
A reminder to those who need new uniform – please let us know in advance so we can have these ready for you. We will not be able to fit them at this time but we are good at guessing sizes. Those who have been borrowing tap shoes will be able to rent a pair for £5 to take home with you so we are not sharing shoes. Please let us know your size in advance so we can sort these for you. Thank you to those who have already done so.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
We can’t wait to see you!
It’s going to be very hard not to give you a big hug!
See you soon,
The Williams Family
